Comcast Cares Day 2017 Bellingham

This year Comcast in Bellingham Washington has partnered with Northwest Youth Services to develop their new project "Garden From Scratch", to support homeless in our community. This fantastic community organization provides housing and support for runaway, homeless, abused, neglected and other at-risk youth and young adults in our community. NW Youth Services also provides opportunity for young people to develop job skills by working with this new garden property provided by the City Of Bellingham to grow sustainable food for sell at the local Bellingham Farmers Market as well as supply the Bellingham Food Bank with a portion of their fresh foods.
